Anari
A kasbah stands here, as at every seat of every tier — one of 43, built from the same 101-word pattern: the minar over the markaz, the karez beneath the koocha, four bab on four roads. What follows is how this land breaks the pattern.
the pre-colonial name of Fort Munro — the Sulaiman suture where four zones meet, carved as federal ground at the middle reach
federal ground
A federal seat sits on federal territory — power never borrows a floor it doesn’t own. The kasbah here serves the tier, not the region: its baldia and adlia face the whole country, its markaz is where the glass treasury is read aloud, and its sarai keeps rooms for delegates from all ten regions at once.
Everything else is the same hundred and one words — the minar over the markaz, the karez beneath the koocha, the bayabaan past the faseel.
