It is free for everyone to keep, confirm or check a receipt. Organisations pay to run their records and their requests, never for each receipt. The free line is set by size, not by kind. One bill will cover every platform.

People
Nothing. Keeping, confirming and checking receipts is free. If you pay someone, your bank or payment company charges its own fee, and we add nothing.
Institutions
A small set of records runs free. Running a larger one, or requests to many people, costs a flat price by size. Nothing is charged for each receipt. Confirming, keeping and checking are free.
