Payments that keep their purpose
Say what a wage, a grant or a bill is for, and pay it as you do today. The person who gets it confirms it arrived.
Who does what
- Peopleconfirms
Confirm what you got by text message or QR code. No bank account needed.
- Institutionssigns
Say what your money is for, and see when each person confirms it arrived.
- Businessessigns
Pay suppliers and workers as you do today, and sign what each payment is for.
- Communitieschecks
Check that a fund you care about reached the people it was for.
who pays
Confirming, keeping and checking are free for everyone. An organisation pays to run its records and its requests, never for each receipt. Pricing

Spending for someone else, within limitsplanned

Signs records as DSSE envelopes and checks them offline. [v 09-24] npm view: latest 0.1.8, which depends on identity-core 0.3.1 and installs from an empty folder; 0.1.5 is deprecated. Round trip on this app's own receipts: four verifies exit 0 (two signed under 0.1.3, two under 0.1.8) and a tampered ledger row exits 1 (PAYLOAD_HASH_VARIANCE). Tested on Windows only.

Purpose-bound mandates (issue, deliver, redeem, reconcile) over pluggable payment rails. Published 0.1.0. No money has ever moved; a licensed bank or EMI partner is the binding constraint (STACK [v 07-27]).
built, not open yetDuedale circuit and report
Disbursement circuits, SMS and QR confirmation for receivers, and the every-rupee report. [v 09-24] MOTHBALL row 7 as read: lifted 2026-09-24 by ECOSYSTEM d47, so no gate waits on it. Simulation only as of STACK [v 07-27]; not re-checked this session. The payment rail (whiffin) stays parked.
