Decisions with an end date
Record a decision, its cost, the cost of undoing it, and when it must be decided again. Later, add what happened.
Who does what
- Peoplechecks
Read any decision, its end date, and how it turned out.
- Institutionssigns
A board records its decision, the cost of undoing it, and its end date.
- Businessesconfirms
An auditor confirms the costs that were recorded.
- Communitiessigns
A committee does the same, in plain words.
who pays
Confirming, keeping and checking are free for everyone. An organisation pays to run its records and its requests, never for each receipt. Pricing

The qualification: Hours of learning, how they were paid for, and tested work, backed by a school or guild. Renew it, or it ends.
The organisation's memory: Decisions, the money they moved and what they built, kept for whoever takes over next.
What this receipt says
- What’s on it
- The decision, its cost, the cost of undoing it, its end date, and what happened later.
- Who keeps it
- The group that decided signs it. Each change points to the one before.
- What it proves
- This was decided on this date, with this end date, and this is what happened.
- Who can check
- Anyone, for free, without asking us.
- Where
- As exact as the keeper chooses: a river area, a kind of land, a town or an exact spot.
- When it ends
- It never renews by itself. At its end date it is signed again, or it stops.

Round trip on this app's own receipts: four verifies exit 0 (two signed under 0.1.3, two under 0.1.8) and a tampered ledger row exits 1 (PAYLOAD_HASH_VARIANCE). Tested on Windows only.
