who it's for
Join on your own, or with your business, school or local group.
An account belongs to a person or an organisation. Joining as a role is something you sign. An organisation can join in more than one way. A co-op, for example, can join both as a business and as a community.
People
Anyone, whatever work they do.
Keep your own receipts. Only you hold the key. You choose what to show, and anyone can check it.
Nothing. Keeping, confirming and checking receipts is free. If you pay someone, your bank or payment company charges its own fee, and we add nothing.
what you can doInstitutions
Universities, hospitals, museums, foundations, labs and certifiers.
Give out certificates and inspection results. Confirm the work you pay for. Keep records in your own country when the law requires it.
A small set of records runs free. Running a larger one, or requests to many people, costs a flat price by size. Nothing is charged for each receipt. Confirming, keeping and checking are free.
Government offices cannot join yet. First we will publish the rules that stop anyone using this to watch people.
what you can doBusinesses
From one workshop to a large company.
Give customers receipts they can check for themselves. Auditors can check them too.
A small set of records runs free. Running a larger one, or sending requests to your customers and suppliers, costs a flat price by size. Nothing is charged for each receipt or for each person. Keeping records longer and downloading them come with your plan.
what you can doCommunities
A neighbourhood, a craft guild, a festival committee, a water users' group.
Keep a shared book of what your community looks after, confirmed by the people who were there.
Only what it costs us. A free allowance covers your shared book, and checking is always free.
A community here is built around a place, a craft or a shared goal. Nobody is asked what they were born.
what you can dothey act for someone, and never join as them
- MembersPeople act for their organisation. Every receipt shows which member did it.
- HelpersSomeone you trust can guide you through a step on your own phone. They never get your key, and your receipt shows their name.
- AI helpersAn AI helper works for a person who answers for it. It never gets a standing of its own.
- GuardiansA guardian acts for a child. Children cannot join until this is designed with care.
